Rethinked Font Review

Rethinked for Candle Labels and Farmhouse Signs

As a small business owner who loves crafting with natural materials, I've found Rethinked to be a perfect fit for my candle labels and farmhouse signs. The bold sans style adds a modern edge that stands out on mason jars and wooden signs. I used it for a new line of soy candles, and the font's clean lines made the labels look professional without feeling too rigid.

When I tested Rethinked on a sticker sheet for my shop, the font held up well even at smaller sizes. It's ideal for short phrases like "Coconut Vanilla" or "Lavender Dreams," giving each product a clear, stylish identity. I paired it with a simple serif font for the ingredient list, which created a nice balance between bold and elegant.

Rethinked for Greeting Cards and Wedding Invitations

For a recent wedding invitation project, I turned to Rethinked to add a fresh, contemporary feel. The font worked beautifully as a headline, standing out on the cover while still maintaining a sense of sophistication. I used it for the couple's names and the event details, and it brought a modern touch to an otherwise traditional design.

I also experimented with Rethinked on a set of printable greeting cards. The font’s strong presence made it easy to read, even when printed on cardstock. It’s great for short messages, such as "Happy Birthday" or "Thank You," and its versatility allows it to work in both digital and physical formats. When paired with a script font for the closing, it added a personal, handcrafted feel.

Rethinked for Tote Bags and Merchandise Design

When designing a new line of tote bags, I wanted a font that would make the message pop without being overwhelming. Rethinked was the perfect choice. Its boldness made it visible from a distance, and the clean lines kept the design looking sharp. I used it for slogans like "Stay Positive" and "Go With the Flow," and it looked great on both light and dark fabric backgrounds.

For t-shirts and other merchandise, Rethinked works well for short phrases and logos. I noticed that it maintains its clarity even when cut with a Cricut machine, making it ideal for custom apparel. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it for long text blocks or detailed instructions, as the font is more suited for display purposes than body copy.

Rethinked for Packaging and Shop Branding

When updating my packaging design, I incorporated Rethinked into the labels and tags. The font’s modern aesthetic helped elevate the overall look of my products, making them stand out on my shop page. I used it for product titles, pricing, and care instructions, and it provided a cohesive brand identity across all items.

One thing to note is that Rethinked is best used for short, impactful text. For example, it works well on product tags with a single line of text, but may not be the best choice for detailed descriptions or lengthy information. I found that pairing it with a lighter weight of the same font or a clean sans serif helps maintain readability without sacrificing style.

Rethinked for Digital Downloads and Printables

As a printable creator, I’ve used Rethinked in several of my templates. Whether it’s for planner pages, wall art, or seasonal designs, the font adds a polished look that feels professional. I particularly like how it works in digital mockups, where it can be easily adjusted for different sizes and layouts.

When creating printable wall art, I used Rethinked for the main title, and it gave the piece a modern, eye-catching feel. I also tested it on a holiday tag template, where it stood out nicely against a background of patterns and textures. For users looking to create digital downloads, Rethinked is a solid choice that offers both style and practicality.
